1. this hohem gimbal is NOT compatiable with GoPro HERO Session Action Camera

The default setting of the motors torsion for action cam is 60-80g, if your action cam is lighter then 60g, you need to decrease the motor torque, if your action cam is heavier than 80g， the motor torque need to be increased. You can go into the ‘hohem Gimset ‘ APP→Setting→ADVANCED SETTING→Motors options, adjust to fit your action cam.
